    Red bean steamed buns are straight out of my childhood. My parents used to feed these to us every morning, as they were easy, convenient, and a warm meal for two sleepy kids rushing out of the house to go to school. We never imagined to make them at home because they were fairly inexpensive at the Korean market. I wasn't too interested in making them myself until I realized the store-bought ones were under-filled.
